Who was it?

Aleisha was online. As usual, she was playing on Club Penguin. Every day she'd wake up and see whether her parents were still asleep. If they were she would sneak her laptop from inside her desk and meet up with her friends on some website or another.
If they were awake, she'd have to wait another pain-staking seven and a half hours till school finished and she could 'revise'.
Her parents didn't know anything, except sometimes they would wake up and her room was lit up, but she turned off the screen so no light shone abruptly.
Like I said, one day she was on Club Penguin and a message popped up on the screen. It said:

You have been reported for
giving out your personal details. Your penalty is that you are banned from Club Penguin for exactly 3 months.

The face of Aleisha Bentie for the rest of the day was covered by hands as she cried. Her parents were annoyed with her for two reasons; one that she would not stop crying; two because she had given out some of her personal details.
No matter how hard she tried to tell them she was innocent they would not believe her.
But on the other side of the world, someone was feeling the exact opposite to Aleisha. He was feeling very, very pleased with himself. Another person rid of Club Penguin, where only he would soon live, where he would be King. He had already created a list of things he'd do.
That moment he got a phone call saying, "You will come to the house of Aleisha Bentie, the person you reported's house. She has objected that she has not done what you reported her of and would like her account back. If you feel sorry for her and want her to have her account back but keep with your reason for reporting her, press 1. To take back your accusation and give her back her account, press 2. To not give back her account, press 3."
What button do you think he pressed?
What button would you have pressed?
I will give you the answer on Sunday 9th May.
